Comfortable Handles - Console
The ATLAS 600R recumbent bike from AMILA features handles with soft material linings for a comfortable and firm grip. The angles on the handles offer different grips for more comfort and changing positions. Its console is quite elegant and fully functional. It has an LCD technology screen, where you can see all the useful information for your workout: Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate, RPM, Fat Percentage, Heart Rate Recovery. The different "windows" on the screen make it easy to read and use. In the center you will find a place for your tablet to enjoy your favorite series while you exercise.

Magnetic Resistance
The resistance change is done manually by the lever located under the console. There are 10 resistance levels to choose from and customize your workout according to your own needs.

Wheel - Magnets
One of the important elements of a stationary bike is its wheel (disk). The ATLAS 600R disk is steel, weighing 5 kg, perfectly aligned for a nice and smooth experience. Another element that is very important (perhaps even more so than the wheel) are its magnets. Crank - Pedals

The difference in experience between the one-piece and the 3-point one is undeniable and quite large. The AMILA ATLAS 600R bicycle is equipped with a 3-point crank. The bicycle's pedals are made of soft plastic, and they also have a strap for security at each pedal stroke.

Variable Position
The ATLAS 600R bicycle seat has a choice of 4 positions. Adjusting the position is very easy with the lever located on the right of the seat. The seat slide rail is made of aluminum for better protection against rust (caused by sweat), but also for the high aesthetics it offers

Seat - Heart Rate Sensors
The seat is made of foam materials, which offer protection and good support. It has a mesh-style backrest that helps with better ventilation and reducing body temperature. On the right and left of the seat you will find 2 handles with soft materials that offer a comfortable and firm grip, while on the edges of the handles you will find the heart rate sensors. The sensors are ergonomically placed so that your hands rest on them in a natural position. This will help you better monitor your training (heart rate, calories burned, etc.) directly from the bike screen.

Portability
The AMILA ATLAS 600R recumbent bike has both transport wheels (at the front) and a transport handle (at the back). The transport handle is made of chrome-plated iron and is particularly comfortable. Thanks to these 2 features, moving the bike has become easier than ever! Finally, on the rear legs of the bike you will find the tilt adjusters, which will help you in case of a slight tilt, the bike to sit better.
